Call us and leave a message, or send us an email through our send secure address (https://sendsafe.to/windhaventeens@yahoo.com), or if you’re an established patient, send us a message through your MyChart Portal. Let us know what day works best and whether morning or afternoon better suits your schedule. If coming into our offices in Addison or Frisco doesn’t work for you, we have telemedicine appointment or we can come to you at your home, school, or office.

Regular Care Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (Telemedicine & House-calls Tuesday, Wednesday, Addison Office (Methodist Addison Pavillion)on Thursdays & Fridays.

HOUSE CALLS: A home or workplace visit can be scheduled for a routine or sick visit for an additional fee. Please call our office or message us for further details.

Care is available after hours for emergencies. If you have an urgent medical issue that can not wait until Regular Care Hours, please call the office and you will be directed to the after hours call number.

Mondays are reserved for teaching and special clinics but after-hours emergency care is still available.
